COOYABA Authorizes S&A Track Youth Quality Service Center to Host the Event

S&A Track Youth Quality Service Center (abbreviated as S&A Track), affiliated with S&A Track Cultural and Arts Communication Co., Ltd., is a specialized development institution dedicated to the success of youth quality education. It focuses on the holistic development of young people, providing services aimed at cultivating artistic talents.

Adhering to the principle of "[Mission and Philosophy]," the center primarily serves youth, offering multi-domain and multi-level services to support their healthy growth. Its mission is to "care for youth development, empower youthful dreams, provide high-quality services for young people, promote their all-round growth, build platforms for youth development, and foster a positive social environment."

The center’s target groups include adolescents (including vulnerable groups such as at-risk youth, left-behind children, and migrant children), as well as related groups such as parents of teenagers and educators.

Service Areas:

1 Public Services:

Undertaking government-commissioned social service projects, focusing on youth education, mental health, and community services to provide professional and efficient public services.

Assisting governments and social organizations in implementing social welfare policies, planning and executing youth care and support programs for disadvantaged groups, and promoting social welfare initiatives.

2 Volunteer Services:

Planning and organizing various volunteer activities (e.g., community service, public welfare assistance, youth development support), establishing platforms for volunteer recruitment, training, and management to standardize and professionalize volunteer services.

 Facilitating exchanges, training, and collaborative activities among volunteer organizations to promote resource sharing and experience dissemination, enhancing the efficiency and social impact of volunteer services.

3 Youth Development:

Providing professional services such as youth growth guidance, mental health counseling, career planning, and legal consultation.

Conducting research on youth development issues and advocating for policy improvements to support the comprehensive growth of young people.

中心的服务领域为：承接政府委托的社会公共服务项目，聚焦青少年教育、心理健康、社区服务等领域，提供专业、高效的公共服务。协助政府及社会组织落实社会福利政策，策划并执行青少年关爱、困境帮扶等福利项目，促进社会公益事业发展。策划、承办各类志愿服务活动(如社区服务、公益援助青少年成长支持等)，搭建志愿者招募、培训和管理平台推动志愿服务规范化、专业化。组织志愿者组织间的交流研讨、培训及合作活动，促进资源共享与经验推广，提升志愿服务效能和社会影响力。提供青少年成长指导、心理健康辅导、职业规划、法律咨询等专业化服务，开展青少年发展课题研究及政策倡导，助力青少年全面发展。 公共服务、社会福利、志愿服务及青少年发展。
